A blog dedicated to Dwyane Tyrone Wade, Jr. For those that don't know, he was born on January 17, 1982 on the South Side of Chicago, Illinois to Dwyane, Sr. and Jolinda Wade. He attended Harold L. Richards High School in Oak Lawn, playing for the school's varsity team. He attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconson. In 2003, he was drafted into the NBA 5th overall, forgoing his senior year. This is his 9th year as a player for the Miami Heat.
